A collection of informal, early shots of The Beatles, taken on the set of HELP!, is being exhibited at The National Conservation Centre in Liverpool, from mid August 2007 until March 2008.

The photographs are by Michael Peto, one of the great photojournalists of the 1960s. These long unseen photographs came to light during recent digitization of a collection of 130,000 of Peto's prints and negatives, donated by his family to the University of Dundee after his death in 1970.
