This small festival has grown and now spreads over two days of live music and lots of real ales. It's becoming one of the top drinking events of the Scottish calendar (and there are plenty of them).
Helensburgh is across the Firth of Clyde from Glasgow, near Loch Lomond and on the edge of the Trossachs National Park.
Nine independent Scottish breweries will bring 24 of their best ales - for £1 a half pint. There's a buffet and a whole day's worth of great bands - rock, jazz, folk, indie, all sorts. Plus it's a beautiful part of the country to share with a bunch of Scottish party animals.
